This initiative aims to represent all the energy and essence of Vrbs, with each chocolate bar handcrafted using the finest Venezuelan cacao.

Artisanal Chocolate Bars with Venezuelan Cacao
The proposal is simple: to establish a micro-factory of artisanal chocolate under the Choco Vrbs brand. Venezuelan cacao is among the richest and most valued in the world, used by many brands that source cacao from our country to make the finest chocolates.
Choco Vrbs will be a brand of chocolate made with origin cacao and sustainable techniques.
In this first phase, we will purchase cacao, but we have already germinated our first cacao seedlings to plant in the coming months on the land destined for our Agro Forest, a project led by Vida Verde, which will allow us to self-supply the main ingredient for our product in the future.
Choco Vrbs seeks funding to establish both a physical and an e-commerce presence.
We will produce and sell chocolate bars at our location El Agro Café (a gastronomic venture by Vida Verde) and at local and national commercial events.
We also integrate an educational component about blockchain and the Vrbs community through QR codes and NFTs, making each bar a collectible.
Our long-term goal is to partner with selected grocery stores as distributors in the future.

Accountability Metrics
The chocolate project will measure its success by producing and selling the first batch starting in month 3 after receiving funding, evaluating both units sold and customer satisfaction as well as adoption of the integrated web3 experience.
The team’s responsibility will be to maintain clear communication and periodic reports on sales, production progress, and use of funds — showing how increased sales volume will progressively reduce fixed costs per bar, improving profitability.
In addition, within a 3-year horizon, thanks to our sustainable planting, we will achieve autonomy in cacao supply, strengthening the project’s economic resilience and sustainability.
Choco Vrbs can be purchased from anywhere in the world. E-Commerce orders of our chocolate bars can be shipped to any destination thanks to DHL's shipping system, which is present in more than 220 countries.
Choco Vrbs will help strengthen the local economy, generating employment for members of our community in manufacturing, packaging, and cacao planting.
We will also support small Venezuelan cacao producers through direct and sustainable purchases.
The project will integrate consumers into the blockchain culture through QR codes with designs aligned with Vrbs aesthetics printed on the packaging, redirecting them to an educational Web3 site and allowing them to claim a collectible NFT.
This request has been calculated to maximize the value of the Vrbs brand while investing in a project with high potential for impact, sustainable growth, and social and reputational returns for the community.
With this investment, we do not compromise the financial strength of the treasury; instead, we put it at the service of an innovative product aligned with our values.
Choco Vrbs commits to returning 10% of annual sales to the treasury during the first year of production, demonstrating a solid commitment to the Vrbs treasury to support new projects.

We are a sustainable life project founded in 2020, formed by two people committed to the community, including an audiovisual producer with branding experience who leads the team as CEO. We have received funding from other Web3 platforms by managing resources responsibly, such as Giveth.
