Summary

Fund the Pawthereum DAO with a stream of USDC so that the Pawthereum community can make several onchain donations in order to capture the attention of animal welfare organizations and bring them onchain.

Short Term Goal

Make many small onchain donations through Pawthereum (at least monthly).
