Illustrators Residency

What's your background?

My name is ROM and I'm a visual artist graduated from an art school, I'm currently working on web3 illustrations and commissions because I love this means of expression and I'm looking for further training and continue to develop artistic areas such as animation, pixel art and comics. I am also dedicated to tattoos in my city and together with a group of colleagues we do projects related to illustration. I am also dedicated to acting and audiovisual production in an amateur way.

What will you be doing?

This artistic branch is the one in which I perform better so I have many ways and ideas to contribute here, mainly I am a lover of comics and I would like to make comic strips with some humor or action. I also think I can contribute through character design. For example, develop a superhero that transmits the spirit of Vrbs, as well as superman is the hope, in this case would always be to perform actions that help others.

Time you can commit

For this residency I can dedicate 5 to 6 hours per week, to launch one or two pieces per month.

Why you care about Vrbs?

It is a community that I am getting to know and in which I see many opportunities but especially a space to contribute from my artistic place. I am also glad to be part of this kind of communities like Nouns in which I had the pleasure to make my contributions.
