What's your background?

Hello, I'm GEM! A digital artist and a Nouns contributor for 2 years. I'm also a member of the Disaster Risk Reduction and the Red Cross clubs in my university

I love animals and I also love my neighborhood. I live near the beach just 5 minutes walking away from my home. It used to be clean and beautiful but now it's polluted due to trash. As a member of my community I have the obligation to help clean it up and restore its beauty

Experience:

During the typhoon my neighborhood got flooded and most of my friends got affected, so I organized and asked for help from my web3 friends and luckily we were able to give monetary assistance to them

What will you be doing?

I'm planning to organize a group of people in volunteering cleaning up the beach every week. We will use the funds in purchasing Beach clean up tools such as trash bags, trash picker, and Sand fleas rake. And buying snacks and drinks for the volunteers

Time you can commit

We can commit at least 2 hours every weekend in cleaning up and maintaining the cleanliness of the beach.

Why you care about Vrbs?

I have learned about Vrbs through a friend. And I've learned that Vrbs mission of making a positive impact aligns with my mission in life to help build a better future may it be helping animal and people and also helping cleaning up public spaces.
